Fort Bend ISD's transportation head abruptly resigns

In a sparsely worded statement, Fort Bend Independent School District spokesperson Mary Ann Simpson confirmed the abrupt resignation last week of the school’s transportation director.
Simpson confirmed that Richard Torres resigned “to pursue other opportunities.”
Operation supervisor James Hoss is the interim director until a formal replacement is hired, Simpson said. . .
